Advanced Smoke Technology offers systems for natural and mechanical smoke ventilation requirements.  In addition to “above-ground” buildings, we also provide car park ventilation using either impulse fan systems or the more traditional high/low level ducted systems.

As specialists in Smoke Control, we also provide a total "one-stop solution" from design through to manufacture, installation to commissioning that is both cost effective and compliant.  With our team of respected and experienced Smoke control engineers (including the author for the CIBSE Guide E, Pressure Differential Systems and a member of the BSi Committee on Smoke Control), we are pleased to share their expertise with you to provide a value added service. 

Advanced Smoke Technology works closely with Architects, Consulting Engineers, and Building Control Offices to provide compliant systems for both residential developments (from small apartment blocks to large complexes) as well as large commercial/retail units and shopping malls.   Currently our portfolio includes companies such as Next, TK Maxx, Sainsbury’s, Primark as well as Marks and Spencer.
