Advanced Smoke Technology Ltd provides a tailored maintenance agreement to give peace of mind to building owners and occupiers with preventative maintenance completed in accordance with BS7346 and BS5588.  

Smoke ventilation systems are a life safety provision. Current legislation states it is the management's responsibility to ensure that smoke control systems are regularly serviced by a competent person.
