Fulham Reach Car Park

The Fulham Reach building project is an extremely large development demanding a multi phased construction program. Due to this phased development, the design and installation of the car park ventilation system required an innovative approach to ensure efficiency of operation and compliance with the functional requirements of the building regulations. Added to this, large banks of VRV units supporting the air conditioning within the residential blocks were installed in the car park requiring the pollution and smoke control scheme to aid the dilution of the high temperatures that would be created.
