Where to Get the Deathmask of Nirmitruq
The Deathmask of Nirmitruq can drop from two Greater Lair Bosses in Diablo 4:
1. Beast in the Ice
Location: Glacial Fissure, located due south of Kyovashad
Access Requirement: Use a Glacial Fissure Sigil (crafted or dropped from high-level Whispers Caches)
Boss Difficulty: Best tackled on Torment 1 or higher
Ideal for: Frost or Cold-based Rogue builds, especially those with strong AoE burst like Frost Rapid Fire
2. Urivar, the Pale Butcher
Location: Fields of Judgment, in northeastern Kurast
Access Requirement: 3 Pure Shards of Judgment, which drop from select Season 9 Strongroom bosses and Whisper Trees
Boss Difficulty: Easier than Beast in the Ice for burst-heavy builds
